Manage your data

1. Open SatuJe on the phone where you use it.
2. Open Preferences → Privacy & data.
3. Under Your data, choose Delete my SatuJe data.
4. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

The deletion is processed immediately. If you continue using SatuJe, the app creates a new, unrelated anonymous account.

You do not need to reinstall SatuJe. Email support to start an account and data deletion request. We will reply with secure verification steps so that we delete the correct anonymous account.

You can also write to dev@satuje.app with the subject “SatuJe account and data deletion request”. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or precise location data.

• The anonymous authentication account used by your installation.
• Saved language, food, dietary, halal, budget, distance, and discovery preferences.
• Taste affinities, recommendation history, choices, rejections, feedback, and first-party events linked to the anonymous identifier.
• Pending contribution records owned by the account and their private uploaded files.
• The active anonymous session and pending local visit-reminder state on the device when deletion is completed in the app.

Shared provider place identifiers and separately reviewed, non-user-specific restaurant or dish information may remain because they are not owned by one user. Aggregate statistics that can no longer identify or be linked to your anonymous account may also remain. Service providers may retain limited security or backup records under their own schedules or where required by law.

You can edit preferences inside SatuJe, decline optional microphone, photo, camera, and notification permissions, or stop using optional voice and contribution features. Read the SatuJe Privacy Policy for full details.
